Refund policy

CHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

To proceed with a return at Parvana Maite, you can do so by contacting me directly via email at parvanamaite@gmail.com.
You can choose either a refund, an exchange of item, or a different size. The refund will be processed automatically once the package has been inspected in my warehouse.
The return period cannot exceed 14 days from the date the customer receives the package at their address. Parvana Maite reserves the right to return the package to the customer if the product has been washed or shows signs of being used.
In case of damage, manufacturing defect, or receiving an incorrect item, please send an email to parvanamaite@gmail.com with a photo attached, and I will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
When making an exchange or return, the associated charges for picking up and shipping the order back to my warehouse will apply:

1. Exchange: 5€ within Italy, 7€ for the rest of Europe, for the cost of pickup and shipping, with no additional charge for the new item.
2. Refund: 5€ within Italy, 7€ for the rest of Europe, for the cost of pickup and shipping.
