SHIPPING POLICY

Once you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will get to work to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Orders placed after 13:00 (CET) will be processed and shipped the next business day. If, after the time indicated below for each country, you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number, and we will review your order history to find a solution as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with tracking information so you can stay updated on the status of your shipment at all times.

Parvana Maite will not be responsible for delivery errors that occur when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to the correct address or when any information has been omitted.

*During collection launches, Black Friday, and Christmas, due to high demand concentrated over a few days, it is possible that shipments may experience delays.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Parvana Maite by email at parvanamaite@gmail.com. Parvana Maite will proceed with the refund of the order amount, including shipping costs, as long as the order has not been prepared and loaded by our logistics warehouse onto the delivery trucks. In that case, no refund will be issued.
